Are there any age restrictions?

Yes. The festival is licensed for people 18 years or older. identification will be required and under 18's WILL be refused entry.

What are the dates of the 2009 festival?

Friday 24th and Saturday 25th July 2009

What are the Ticket booking fees?

Weekend - General Admission = £11.50
Booking Fees are included in the displayed ticket prices.

How do I find out about the venue?

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be sent to you approx 4 weeks before the event. However in some circumstances tickets will not be received until 7 days before the event, please do not contact us until 5-7 days before if you have not received your tickets.

If you have opted for First Class post this has no method of tracking and tickets will not be re-issued. Recorded delivery is NOT a guaranteed service, if lost in post or the customer alleges they have not received them (with or without signature), the customer will NOT be refunded for the face value of the ticket(s).

If you choose secure delivery you will receive your ticket up until one week before the event. We strongly recommend you choose secure delivery, as tickets are fully traceable and insured. You will also be left a calling card to rearrange delivery should you be unavailable on first attempt; you are able to provide an alternative delivery address in this instance.

Stock Availability

All the stock we currently have available is featured on the website, we do endeavour to replenish stock at all times however this may not always be possible.

What name will appear on my Credit Card or Bank Statement?

"Direct Pay Ltd" will appear on your statements. Angel Music Group is working in partnership with Direct Pay Limited in providing this service.

Can I get a refund?

Tickets are sold as non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Refunds are strictly at the Managements discretion. Please apply in writing to Global Gathering 2009 Customer Services, PO Box 4897, Warwick CV34 9GT
